What you win
Only one Grand Prize winner is selected in K-Pop&Dance. That winner receives about $5,000 (subject to exchange rate fluctuations) worth of benefits below — a chance to bring your KOOM to life in Manhattan.
Winners outside the U.S. may choose to use part of their prize for round-trip airfare. Prize payments will be announced separately after KOOM Week (Oct 12-18).

How to enter

Create
Film yourself covering the official KOOM original sound — dance, vocal, or both. You can also take part with your own choreography. Appear in the video. Vertical is recommended.

Post
Publish it on a public Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account in your own name. Keep likes, comments, views, and other counts public, and use #koomchallenge plus #koomkpop or #koomdance. If you post on Instagram, add @koom_challenge as a collaborator (not needed for TikTok or YouTube).

Submit
Send that post URL here and answer a few questions.
Official KOOM sound
Film a dance cover using the official KOOM sound uploaded on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, then post your content.
Apply
Open to dreamers everywhere. Wherever you're from, whatever you do — if you have a KOOM, you can enter. Submit a post URL that meets the requirements below.
- On a public social account in your own name, post a dance, vocal, or both cover of the official KOOM original sound. You can also take part with your own choreography. Appear in the video yourself.
- Keep likes, comments, views, and other activity public.
- If you post on Instagram, add @koom_challenge as a collaborator (not needed for TikTok or YouTube).
- Use the hashtags #koomchallenge plus #koomkpop or #koomdance.
Submitted content, including the likeness contained therein, may be used for the Dream Project (including but not limited to exhibition, screening, and promotion).
